Keto Coconut Protein Balls


These no-bake protein balls are easy to make, delicious and crunchy. They are wheat free, gluten free and egg free.​​

15 minutes to prep. Serves 8.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (or other sweetener)

  • 1 cup nut butter

  • 1 cup shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 scoops protein powder

Directions

  1. Melt the butter or oil with the nut butter and sweetener.

  2. Set a little bit of coconut aside for the coating.

  3. Add the rest of the coconut, cocoa and protein powder to the melted mixture and mix well,

  4. Line a tray with foil.

  5. Form little balls of the mixture and roll them in the coconut to coat them before placing them on the lined tray.

  6. Place in the freezer for 1 hour before serving.

  7. Store in the fridge (else they can become very sticky)
